How to: Add a frame around a picture.
Solution:
Display the picture in Page Layout view and highlight the picture. Select 'Frame...' from the 'Insert' menu.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Page Layout'.
2) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Frame...'.
3) Click and hold the left mouse button on the upper left corner of the picture and drag the mouse diagonally across the picture until the complete picture is highlighted. (The picture will be surrounded by eight handles.)
4) (Optional) Click on one of the handles and drag it to reposition the frame around the picture.
